Refunds Policy
Custom Cartoons UK does not offer refunds. However, your statuatory rights will not be affected. Should you not be satisfied, we will endevour to re-work or correct the art. To enable us to draw an accurate representation of your requirements, we insist that at least three photographs are sent to us. If only one photo is sent and you are not satisfied with the result, we will only re-work the art after another, more suitable, photograph is forwarded.
Intention
Cartoons are drawn with no intention of offending or upsetting any individual of whom the cartoon may be based. All cartoons are characterisations of the model submitted and are drawn intentionally for fun. CCUK will not be held liable for offending or injuring the customers feelings. The basis of the customers cartoon will be discussed prior to being drawn. Regretably no proof can be submitted until payment is made.
Privacy
Any information you provide us will not be shared with anyone or any party . We will keep your name, Email address and order on file, however, photo's you send will be deleted once they have been used.
Delivery
Please allow at least 28 working days for completion of your order. All orders will be sent in the UK by standard recorded delivery. Should you need to, we would encourage the use of Email to progress your order. After all, we are here to make your experience with us a good one.
